CMDL E&T recognizes the specific interest of educational institutions in web-based distance learning. Therefor, we will make special arrangenments with universities/colleges/institutions of continuing education, and similar educational organizations that wish to adopt a particular course as part of  their curriculum, offering it to their registered students. We will tailor administrative, logistic, and financial arrangements to the specific circumstances and needs of the cooperating institution. Typically, the (negotiable) fee base is dependent on the number of students enrolled, and the availibility of local instructors for student E-mail, support, prepare/conduct final exams, and give grades. In absence of an on-site instructor, CMDL E&T can provide an instructor, often one of the course authors.

Educational organizations need to acquire a site license from CMDL E&T.  This provides CMDL E&T the means to accept students from the cooperating institution without prepayment.  Site license fees are considered advances for the individual student registration fees. 

The institution provides CMDL E&T with the names of students and CMDL E&T, in turn, will provide individualized course access.
